Rule 39T
Formation of Local Chaklabandi Committee
(1) The Government of Nepal may form a district level committee as necessary to implement the program related to chaklabandi on the recommendation of the council. The district level committee formed in this way can form village and city level committees to conduct the program as needed. (2) The work, duties and powers of the committee shall be as determined by the council. (3) The procedure for the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
